They have been sold to Wagon-Rent, Ul. Lipowa 27, 69-200 Sulęcin, Poland. They were moved from Belgium by HSL 653-07 on Monday 2nd October and those moved were 2103, 2104, 2109, 2119, 2120, 2125, 2128 & 2129.

Wagon-Rent is part of the empire of Mirosław Maszoński who seems to have his fingers in a number of pies.

The main website is http://maszonski.com/ and as you can see it is a large logistics company.

I can only assume that they have bought these locomotives to overhaul them and use them in Poland. The overhead voltage is also 3000 vDC in Poland and the Type 21s are an off the shelf fairly modern locomotive.
